Client Facility Training
Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA) provides Client Facility Training, which are conducted on-site at your organization’s facility. These sessions are available for clients who need training for larger groups of employees that will be involved with the accreditation process.
Internal Auditor Training
Participants of our Internal Auditor Training will be educated on how to audit a laboratory management system against the standard requirements including the necessary techniques to plan and prepare audits, streamline processes, detect nonconformities, and evaluate corrective action responses. Participants will exit this course with the ability to implement a strong internal audit program in order to prepare for accreditation assessments and continuous program development.
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Overview Training
This course will cover the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 in its entirety and any additional accreditation body requirements as required by the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC). Participants will exit this course with the ability to administer the requirements of the standard among their entire laboratory management system.
Measurement Uncertainty Training
This course will cover the various principles of measurement uncertainty and the necessary methods for generating formal measurement uncertainty budgets as required in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and recommended practices through the Guidance of Uncertainty of Measurement (GUM) and other practical methods. Participants will be educated on the development of uncertainty budgets and will be provided with measurement uncertainty templates that can be utilized in their own testing or calibration laboratory. Participants will exit this course with the knowledge on how to determine relevant factors when determining measurement uncertainty and how to calculate the results.

By taking PJLA training sessions, does not imply that the accreditation assessment if conducted by PJLA will be simpler, easier, faster, or less expensive. It is the responsibility of the organization to ensure their compliance with standard requirements.
